Job Position: Experienced Bilingual Property Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ. 85015
Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00/hr

The Property Manager must relate well to all varieties of people and exercise clear communication and good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, visitors, vendors, and staff. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with an assertive mindset and unwavering integrity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision of on-site personnel and overall operation of the 150-unit property
Day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well-managed, well-maintained building
Conducts marketing and public relations to maintain an acceptable occupancy level
Establish a schedule for personnel to be available for emergency maintenance
Ensures preparation of preventative maintenance checklists for maintenance personnel
Walks entire property daily to be sure the common areas and grounds are in good condition
Ensures all vacant apartment turnover procedures are followed, and that turnovers are accomplished within the standard timeframe and budgetary goals and limitations
Tours during office hours or by appointment, as appropriate.
Conducts applicant interviews, verifies potential resident income, takes deposits and rents
Prepares regular market surveys, as requested
Prepares weekly Vacancy Reports, monthly Budget Variance Reports, Management Overview Reports, and ensures resident lists are accurate and up-to-date at all times
Responsible for Eviction Management
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED; Bachelor’s Degree (BA) preferred
2+ years’ property manager experience required; on-site experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking)
Reliable automobile transportation with valid Arizona Driver’s License and insurance
Knowledge of Eviction & Fair Housing laws
Strong computer skills & working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software
Excellent written and verbal communication
Customer-service oriented
Strong decision-making skills & results-driven
Financial and budget-management abilities
